Jolyana Corrales Marenco joined Godínez Legal in 2025 and serves as a Legal Assistant at the firm. She is currently completing her Law degree at the University of Costa Rica, with only her final graduation project remaining.
Additionally, she participates in the preventive monitoring of regulatory and case law developments, including the analysis of rulings issued by the Second Chamber of the Supreme Court of Justice, with the objective of identifying relevant updates for the firm’s advisory and litigation practice areas.
As part of the team, she provides legal and administrative support in the preparation of court filings and legal documentation. She also assists attorneys in the preparation and attendance of court hearings and conciliation proceedings.
Previously, among other positions, she served as Editor of the IUS Doctrina Journal at the Institute of Legal Research of the University of Costa Rica and as an Administrative Assistant in the Office of the Vice President for Academic Affairs at the University of Costa Rica.
